First, let me preface by saying this is an isolated example that reflects a broader problem. I get that it's the internet and that we run into trolls, but when you're in a game with people over 100 matches and they're acting out like this, it really makes the community seem unpalatable. He gets himself killed, then complains that it's everybody else's fault for not being there to rez him (pretty standard shit), then threatens them for later games. Other seasoned players then go on to defend him and trash on the remaining medics when it's completely out of our hands. We go on to win the game anyways with four people, but it's ridiculous that people can singlehandedly ruin lobbies. https://imgur.com/a/eETGd The unfortunate fact is, things like this happen all the time. Someone trolls, fucks around, or is a complete dick to other players and then they're reinforced by their clan members, their Teamspeak friends, and other regulars. People complain about it here on the forums as well; I've read multiple times of others trying to bring up "elitest" attitudes that go on in UAC and how being in certain cliques grant you certain prejudices. I have 300+ games between my PCs. If I was a new player, I wouldn't want to stick around. If I was a current player, I'd second guess whether I want to play with the community. If I was a veteran player, I'd be really bummed out that this is becoming a common occurrence. A lot of other SCII Arcade communities police their own, it doesn't seem like UAC does.
